Summary of Eleco Software Solution

A personalized electric car app based e-commerce solution for web (responsive) and mobile (app, responsive) with the following UX flow:

1. Eleco inside display platform, will be developed and customized depend on one of open source available EV systems in the market.

2. Eleco customer signs up and gets to choose one of n models given your budget and size preferences from an integrated ecommerce module. Customer is also made a part of a social/loyalty network and an information network to keep him updated on the automotive industry in general (BBC TopGear like content).

3. Eleco gamification … Customer gets to customize each and every part of the chosen vehicle in a 3D racing game like fashion based on his chosen level (hobbyist, intermediate, advanced) including:

i) Internals (Motor power, Battery size,,,,,)

ii) Interiors [ Steering wheel, seat/dashboard Fabric, Dashboard design, Dashboard color, Infotainment system, Pedals, Custom LED Projector, Rear view mirrors, side view mirrors]

iii) Exteriors [Colors, Decals, Rims, Headlights, Tail Lights, Blinkers, Brakes, Underbody lighting, body kits]

iv) personal brand name (could be useful for B2B scenarios too).



4. Eleco customer chooses whether ordering it for himself or as a gift for someone else. It is also added to his “Garage”.

5. Eleco customer can then choose to order it immediately or later (added to his virtual “Garage”). On payment, Car will be delivered to his doorstep within 40 days.

6. Eleco customer can use his mobile application for intelligent real-time cloud based vehicle parameter & status monitoring [temperature, battery level], vehicle control, nearest charging station and can request Eleco Rescue Van in case of any emergency (up to give the customer alternative Eleco vehicle until repair his own).

7. This is the most important and needed feature … Eleco customer can use augmented/Virtual reality (AR/VR) feature on his mobile app to get virtual dashboard, exclusive services and information access on scanning his vehicle using the camera of his phone.



Collaboration Methodology:

1) Eleco solution developer (prospect partner): should be confident of handling the Product Design, Research, Architecture, Execution/Development & Maintenance while Eleco works on Business strategy & Product market expansion as well as user acquisition. Eleco’s team will also play an integral role in Business driven development for features & architecture of the platform with prospect partner experts.

2) Process used: prospect partner should use a combination of Agile& Kanban. In addition to use Trello tool for project management & a combination of (WhatsApp, Skype and/or Slack) for communication. We recommend using WhatsApp for all important communication scenarios. Documented conversations are always preferred over verbal or meeting based conversations as they are more efficient.

3) Pricing: Eleco will bear cost of prospect partner services for the first couple months of Solution Development & Formulation as a time & resource cost. Post the same, we can get into an AMC based services agreement or an equity-services based agreement based on the duration of the Business relationship.
